Q - So is Centros miller interested in genuine consultation?

A. The answer to this is a definite NO. Basically, CM are not interested in any kind of genuine dialogue. They came to Lancaster with a plan for the CCN, and that plan has changed very little over the last 18 months. In their presentations they talk, but don’t listen, as their whole consultation is designed to SELL plans that have already been decided on. They have no intention of developing plans in partnership with local people. They don’t care what local people want, and they don’t care about the future of Lancaster. The only reason they have a so-called consultation is to attempt to give their plans some kind of legitimacy. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The people of Lancaster have a right to be listened to AND for our opinions about the future of our city to be taken into account.
