26/04/07 In response to this article 'COUNCILLORS: CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SIGN' concerning councillors ignorance of the development agreement, John Donnellon, Lancaster City Council's director of regeneration and Cllr Ian Barker try to discredit It's Our City. John Donnellon claimed that all councillors have the right to see the agreement at any time if they request to do so. This was proved false on 14th May - see link below
