The City of Bradford is expecting its population to grow by 23.5% by 2020, according to ONS data published on the 'This is Bradford' website recently:

The success or failure of a huge new retail development such as the Centros Miller is clearly dependent on best estimates of population growth over the next 20+ years.  No-one, of course, can estimate for 250 years.

It seems to me that this kind of research, based on nationally-respected information sources such as the Office for National Statistics, should be a key part of Centros Miller's and the Council's research and planning.

So I asK;  Has Lancaster City Council any similar data for any projected increase in the population of both Lancaster City Centre and the wider City Council area?  Has Centros Miller examined such data?

If so, let's see their projections.  If not - why not?
