It's Our City Evidence Update
These evidence updates were submitted in response to the fact that Lancaster Council withdrew from the inquiry and consequently IOC were unable to cross examine their witnesses. In the case of air quality, the update also responds to new air pollution modelling results produced by Centros' air quality consultants following evidence in our Proof of Evidence that showed they had used incorrect data.
