Centros 2007 Masterplan Documents

These are the Centros masterplan documents from 2007.

Note: These do not include the larger pdf files due to space limitations with our web hosting service. The removed documents include the Heritage Appendices, the Transport Assessment Appendices, the Design and Access Statement, the Environmental Statement Appendices and the Statement Of Community Involvement. Worthy of mention are some of the photos of the existing and proposed skylines which we have extracted from the Complete Plans and Photos document so that you can view them quickly without loading the whole file. The red lines show the minimum heights and the darker dotted lines the maximum heights. The site model that Centros Miller displayed to the public in the Market Square around the time the planning applications were submitted, only showed the minimum heights which are considerably lower than the maximum heights as the photos indicate. We expect that residents of Bathmill will be especially interested in the new view from their side of the canal.
