April 26In response to this article 'COUNCILLORS: CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SIGN' concerning councillors ignorance of the development agreement, John Donnellon, Lancaster City Council's director of regeneration and Cllr Ian Barker try to discredit It's Our City. John Donnellon claimed that all councillors have the right to see the agreement at any time if they request to do so. This was proved false on 14th May 2007 - see Virtual Lancaster article 14 May 2007: Cllr John Whitelegg's request to see the development agreement.

July 31Council Capitulates - This followed the infamous council cabinet meeting. Centros Miller had threatened to pull out unless the council allowed them to proceed without addressing the traffic issues.
